Returns and exchanges
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products, I don't issue refunds unless product is missing or physically damaged.
If there are any issues with the product you receive, please contact me. Damages from shipping or packaging materials may occur, to which I can offer a replacement piece with proof of damage upon arrival.
For your information I am not an expert/certified painter, I do my best and take my time with every part. I work full time on top of single handedly running this business, sometimes deadlines aren't always exact and your patience is appreciated. Photos of your order during production can be sent via text/social media upon your request. If you receive something not suited to your standards/expectations, please inquire and I would gladly consider a replacement under the circumstances.
